I see where the problem lies. The ORC II and III public boards aren't visible publicly yet. So in the mean time here's a couple pictures which hopefully explain.
As the ORC project was originally designed to strengthen ties between Avance and other factions it was decided that one project this time round would be aimed at factions. The evident popularity of the first ORC project with private investors though has meant we are devoting one to investment opportunities also.
While ORC 3 and ORC 2 are running concurrently, ORC 2 has more of our attention.
